GK Capital Launches AI-Powered GK Investor Intelligence

Kareem Tomlinson, Managing Director of GK Capital.
GK Capital Management Limited (GK Capital) is now offering investors in Jamaica a new way to make smarter financial decisions with the introduction of GK Investor Intelligence.
The investment and advisory arm of GraceKennedy Limited says it designed the “user-friendly online platform” to be "the research terminal built for Jamaica”.
GK Investor Intelligence provides investors, financial advisors and institutions access to the same high-quality market research and insights that only large investment firms offer. It brings together live Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) market data, global fixed-income research, economic analysis, and an artificial intelIigence-powered investment assistant in one place, making it easier to find, understand and act on market information.
The platform’s users can monitor the JSE from a single dashboard which presents a real-time view of market indices and key economic indicators. Additionally, they can research every listed stock in depth, drawing on financials, technical analysis, valuation metrics, peer comparisons, and news; screen and filter the market to compare companies and identify opportunities.
Aside from stocks, GK Investor Intelligence’s users have access to a carefully selected range of global bonds, complete with issuer coverage, credit analysis, yield details, and in-house recommendations.
“The sophisticated research tools used by professional fund managers have largely been out of reach for the average Jamaican investor, often costing thousands of US dollars each year and offering little coverage of companies listed on the JSE. GK Investor Intelligence closes that gap, offering easy access to online tools created specifically for Jamaica's capital markets,” GK Capital noted.
GK Investor Intelligence also helps investors see the big picture, tracking how inflation, interest rates, and Bank of Jamaica (BOJ) policy decisions are shaping investment markets, while also giving access to curated market analysis by GK Capital's research team.
The standout feature is the platform's AI Investment Assistant, which allows users to ask investment questions and receive intelligent, source-backed answers on stocks, bonds, and the broader market — without the financial jargons.
"Our vision has always been to broaden access to trusted investment advice," explained Kareem Tomlinson, managing director of GK Capital.
"GK Investor Intelligence takes the kind of research that was once reserved for financial institutions and puts it in the hand of every Jamaican who wants to build wealth - the first-time stock buyer, the financial advisor, and the pension fund manager. Also, with our AI Investment Assistant, you don't need to speak the language of a financial analyst to get answers. You just need to ask questions that are relevant to your needs."
The platform arrives at a point of renewed momentum in the Jamaican equities market. The JSE closed the first half of 2026 with one of its strongest showings since the COVID-19 pandemic, with the Main Market index climbing 11.28 per cent between January and June to rank 40th among 100 indices tracked globally.
"The digital transformation of our financial services businesses is about more than introducing technology — it is about creating opportunities, breaking down barriers, and giving more Jamaicans the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their money," said Steven Whittingham, CEO of the GraceKennedy Financial Group (GKFG), who currently also serves as chairman of the JSE.
"When Jamaicans have access to easy-to-use research tools to help them better understand their investment options, they are better equipped to build wealth, plan for the future, and work towards their financial goals. As more Jamaicans invest, local companies also gain greater access to the capital they need to expand, create jobs, and drive economic growth. GK Investor Intelligence is not just good for our clients - it's good for Jamaica."
The launch of GK Investor Intelligence marks another step in GK Capital's expansion of its retail investment solutions, building on its launch of GK Mutual Funds in 2023. It also reflects GKFG’s ongoing digital transformation of its businesses to enhance customer experience and make financial services more accessible to Jamaicans.
