MFS Capital expands revenues through subsidiary Monolith Financial Services

Micro lender MFS Capital Partners Limited continues to focus on diversifying its revenue streams by adding cambio services through its subsidiary, Monolith Financial Services.
In a recent notice on the Jamaica Stock Exchange, MFS Capital said that its wholly owned subsidiary officially opened a new branch at 121 Windward Road in Kingston on July 22, 2026.
“The new branch will initially provide Western Union money transfer services, with additional financial products and services to be introduced over time as part of the subsidiary’s ongoing expansion strategy,” MFS Capital outlined in the notice.
“This expansion supports the group’s long-term growth strategy, strengthens its market presence, and enhances customer convenience,” it added.
Monolith Financial Services also has a location at Three Miles in the Corporate Area housed at Willie’s Plaza on Spanish Town Road. The company recently received the approval of a cambio licence from the Bank of Jamaica (BOJ).
With the newly granted cambio licence from the BOJ, the company expects to begin offering foreign exchange trading operations at the Three Miles location on or before 1st August 2026.
“The issuance of this licence represents an important milestone in the company’s strategic expansion of its financial services offerings and enhances its ability to provide convenient foreign exchange services to customers within the Three Miles community and its surrounding areas,” MFS Capital shared.
“This development aligns with the company’s strategic objective of expanding its service offerings, enhancing customer convenience and creating additional opportunities for sustainable growth,” it stated further.
